A combination of rhythm and Taekwondo. Teacher Boaz engages with the kids and is patient. He makes it fun. A good way to get kids active and fit. I signed up for 4 weeks class as I see this class will gradually help my toddler focus by paying attention, listening and following instructions while still having fun.

Boaz taught an excellent beginner class that was entertaining and helpful for our 4 year old. He did an excellent job keeping our son involved and paying attention. He allowed time for punching which kids love but also gave the students fundamentals to learn proper techniques. We will definitely join again!
